Modern people often speak of worship as if it were a private preference, a cultural inheritance, or an emotional aid. Some like candles. Some like silence. Some like hymns. Some like no religion at all. Worship is then treated as one more human activity among others, placed beside work, family, exercise, politics, and entertainment.
A Distinction
Worship is not an ornament of life
It is the act in which the whole person is finally ordered to the whole truth.
